HI Everyone, here is a situation of one of my friend. Good help and suggestions are needed urgently.   His 1-20 is expiring from a four year college soon and he is trying to transfer to TCC from another state after 5 years of studying in US.  He was suppose to graduate in May but could not.  TCC told him he needs to take THEA.  He has already studied here in US for more than 5 years.  Does anybody know any college which will issue him I-20 without any hard time.  also, he just wants to study in that college for fall so he will go back to his university to finish one class that he did not pass to graduate in Spring.  CAN HE STILL ENROLL IN SOME COMMUNITY COLLEGE EVEN AFTER HIS I-20 IS EXPIRED IN A WEEK.  Please give us good suggestions for cheaper colleges around Forth worth and Dallas.
