Whom you want to put in government? Nepali congress, who were in majority did not run office because of personal greed, Maoist were in government, they tried to politicize army and make them loyal to party rather than Nation. If Mr. Dahal was intelligent, he would have successful ( if he has taken the proposal through the president) and would be the black day of Nepalese History. Without the army they are able to do this, imagine when they have couple thousands of party loyalist in army????????
