- 3 Party meeting adjourned with any conclusion, planned to meet tomorrow.
- An old Maoist protester died while returning back from protest programme due to asthma and long walk.
- 21 places locals protested against Maoist Protest, 40 places clash and vandalism by Maoist, Severe clash and kidnap at 9 places:
- Clashes reported in Butwal, Chitwan, Bhaktapur, Sinamangal, Koteswor
- Prime minister Madhav Kumar talks with 44 diplomats (AMs, Consulates, UN, USAID, OHRC, DFID, etc) and says - Ready to set National Government.
- Press attacked in various places inside and outside the Valley.
- Large number of protesters flock back to Village today also.
