I have been admitted at the Ph. D. Program of Civil Engineering at two universities of Southeast. I got an email saying that I have been admitted. But nothing has been mentioned about funding. What chances do you see for the admitted  students to secure funding? Is there any way to secure funding like separate application, email to professor or applicants will be automatically considered for all types of funding? The students who are through funding in U.S.A. are kindly requested to share their feelings?
