for camera within that range upto 200 I would certainly go for Canon. (Model ko barey ma sure chuina,but they are decent cameras)
for DSLR camera I would long for Nikon
and for HI-Def Cam I would select Sony
It will depend totally upon ur choice.
Tara Canon wouldnt be a bad choice. Hope that helps.
