GrgDai is correct in the sense of country being ruled by Gado thandari. In my thinking or atleast to the level i could think, one of the solution would be to get involved slowly and participate in the activities going on in our country. That way we can get familier with the working environment there. After that if things get favourable, we can actively work towards our field of interest. What my experience says is that the educated ones that are in our county right now needs us, so that we can place those Gado Thandaris in their designated space for sure. I am an environmental engineer and i work here, but i go to Nepal once in a year (started doing so) and meet people (my professors, and lecturers) from NGOs related to environment and climate. I have just started working with them in a volunteering basis so as to get familier with working environment. My plan is to get enough knowledge and comfortability so that it would be easier to work there actively in future. If not, i will still work volunteerily during my vacation from work here so that i would be contributing to my country, doing my karma.

I would love to hear more solution steps though.
