Thank him for the prompt payment and tell him the item was just shipped. If he asks for a tracking number tell him that USPS didn’t give you a tracking number and you were told that’s an extra cost. Tell him he should receive it within a week. After a week if he complains, tell him you don’t know what happened and are happy to refund his amount, tell him to apply for a refund via paypal himself.
