I am not sure why my post earlier regarding Health Insurance was deleted. I agree with Bharat that this is not an insurance issue and my apologies for digressing from the main topic. Once again, you have all my prayers for the speedy recovery of your friend. I agree that insurance may not be the "be all and end all" in these situations but it certainly will take away a lot of burden from friends and families in these situation and let them focus on issues with the most priority. All I was trying to put forward was the importance of health insurance in this country and create an awareness that everyone should try to get one.
