I am a PR of Canada. Currently I am in US under OPT but I need to change my visa status to H4. I am planning to go to Nepal in summer. Should I apply change of status here in US before I go to nepal or should I do in Canada or I can directly apply F1 to H4 in Nepal ? I could not figure out what to do ? please advise . thanks
