It seems like you have devoted good time to console " Gagan Thapa", but your  previously article where you criticized Gagan Thapa appears more realistic and factual. This pieice looks like you are trying to more politcally correct.

Yes we agree that we need a youth leader who has vision, equally well educated and far sightedness.

Let's get the fact straight.

1. What vision Gagan Thapa has??- He supported " rebuplican" idea to revolt against GPK who was then supporter of constitution monarchy. Now that country is republic-what is his vision now apartfrom lofty rhetoric (BS).

What is his vision on" development, education, health, information and communication and so on??" -honestly speaking he is not that well qualified to understand and tackle these issues.

2.What is his academic potential? ( very essential to become contemporary good leader)

-diploma engg droped out, law dropped out-MA sociolgy for sake of continuing politics and for sake of having one degree is not enough to understand these issues.

JUST because you are YOTH that does not make you good leader-Obama is youth but equally has vision and education. (not comparing apple and oragne though).

If i were to select between Dr.Minendra Rijal and Gagan Thapa, I would select Minendra Rijal instead. In my opinion most of the our leader does not have sound academic background on the subject matter, that is why they fail to put their point across when needed, specially with International and foriegn bodies.

LETS CHOOSE THE LEADER WHO HAS VISION AND QUALIFICATION TO TURN THAT VISION INTO REALITY.

Unfortunately, Gagan Thapa does not have that, media projected him as a youth icon..he can just be a political celebrity not the good leader. You mark this point.
