I am not a lawyer so I can not suggest you anything. However, you can send your CV to several lawyers out there, they would give you free evaluation. I would not pay for CV evaluation. I send my CV to several lawyers (3-4) and everyone suggested me to go for NIW. My experience with Nepali Lawyers was not pleasant, too arrogant, scary and expensive!!!!!
