There are plenty of NON-CREDIT COURSES in Community College. You don't need anything beside driver license to enroll and affordable tuition fee. The cost maybe less than $200 per course and it's just once a week for two months.
This is what I did for my aunt who was in similar situation like you. If you can post your thread on Sajha and can read my comment, I believe you can do these two classes very easily.
Data Entry: The Key Typing-
1.30 min class, once a week, for two months. After completion you'll get a certificate from the Community College saying you have successfully passed. GREAT JOB!!! AT LEAST YOU HAVE ONE CERTIFICATION.
Practices of Health, Nutritions, and Physical Education ( title may not be the same)
Same time and hours, easy, Again its easy and ANOTHER SECOND CERTIFICATION.
Now, my aunt works at the County Health Dept, Admin clerk position, printing license.you know small but Perfect for survive..and its only M-F.
There are lots of opportunities out there. Cheer up!!
