Hello guys,
I came to USA in F1 visa and while I was going to University I worked without authorization for almost a year and also filed 2 taxes as I worked from middle of one year to middle of another year.
Now I'm in H1B and while I was in H1B I went to Nepal and came back last year.
My employer has agreed to file my Green Card and I'm at initial stage of filing labor certification when I came across a form to be submitted to USCIS saying:
Ever worked without authorization while in the U.S. (including being paid off the books.)
If yes, please provide length of employment:
• Applicant:
• Derivatives:
I don't know what might be the consequences of year or no for this question and what's the wise step to do.
Please, let me know your experience and suggestions from the people who might have come across this situation.
