the way i did it was ...i bought big n thicky plastic sheet.... covered my bed,,,..n slept on top of it..

..u can use one single cotton sheet over the plastic thing but make sure it doesn't touch the floor or wall...

   ..." how bed bugs find u?"....bed bugs hav som kind of  heat sensors....so when u lay down..they can sense ur body heat...n dat's how they get you..they live beneath ur mattrees or bed...so make sure u move ur bed futher from wall..n other furniture ( try to isolate it ) n cover the whole bed with plastic.   when i said cover it up..i meant wrap it up...even ur pillow...so..when u lay down ..n bugs start to sense ur body heat..they'll try to climb up....however if u wrap ur mattress or bed ..they will be locked in there......when u free.n bored...unwrap ur bed with plastic n kill as much as u can....actually dat is temporary......long term solution.     throw the mattress..( if u hav a bed ) don't use it for a while.) ...buy new one....and wrap it with plastic before usin it..  ...n remember..don't touch dat thing wit ur bare hand...dey r very toxic..gives u somkinda electric shocks....
