I do not know anyone. But suggest you to talk to your travel agent that your parents need assistance (elderly assistance), then they will code for that. Additionaly make an ID Card for each of them and have them displayed all time during the travel. Such card include name, PP no. , Destination , travel route/no., and flight no. I bet they will be just fine. I did the same thing for my parents who do not speak english at all.
