I think it would be difficult to find much of a Nepali community in Harrisburg, PA.  There are a few Nepalis at Penn State about 2 hours from Harrisburg.  Also you might find some in Philadelphia, another 2 hours away.  There is a small college in Carlisle, PA.  If no one has replied to you from Harrisburg, you will probably have a difficult time finding anyone there.  Pittsburgh about 3 hours away has several Nepali students and families.  There is also a large Indian community in Pittsburgh.
