This is my first ticket after long time, and the vehicle was under my wife's name, and the ticket was sent along with my picture to make sure whether that's the owner or somebody else. I claimed that's me, and is worth of $201.50.
I think it is better idea to talk to lawyer and try to waive the points, any how i have to pay that amount. Because points affect for the long run.

Any more suggestions.
