Download direct x from msn.com not from anywhere else. Then save that direct in systerm 32 folder which is in drive c > windows > system 32.

But before doing all, if you have downloaded direct x from some other sites then delete it. But again if you dont know wehre saved the earlier direct x then thats ok.
