there is a shift in how indian consultancies do business now after the USCIS memo. They are focusing more on availavle H1b pool, GC holders etc and are more interested in Corp to Corp contracts rather than building their own concultants pool...they are infact downsizing, eliminating off ppl in benches etc......they are refraining from h1b extention, transfer and anything else of that nature....hence...good luck....

So dont fall in to the trap of " will provide training and then H1b....or H1b sponsership available..." etc..Training can be a good way of expanding your technical know how if you already have h1b ....but no more H1b sponserships are readily available....

Focus your energy on entry level position on a direct client if you have OPT, CPT, EAD....
