I have applied for Canadian PR as a federal skilled worker. I am in US now as an F-1 student. If it is approved, do I have to immediately go there? How long do I have to stay in Canada to get my PR card? Can I come back to US and stay here? 

Can you please explain me what is going to happen after they approve my PR?
