Think of it this way, your dad has kirana pasal or wholesale pasal, and he employes "a kancha" and he "steals" money every day. Will you be OK with that ?

What's saddening is that most try to justify that stealing from a dhoti
gas station is OK.

Most of us working labor jobs, work whole day and still don't make a 100 dollars, so don't even try and justify that it is "OK" to take money like that. I believe in something called karma, you rob someone today, tomorrow it may bite you in the ass.

edit: As far as solution is concerned, if you can't stop stealing, find a different job.
