I have been reading news in nepali news media since few years. What I have been noticing is that there is always new interesting discoveries by Nepali Kids. Most of them are high school kids (class 7 to 12) and one of them was master's degree student. The most funny thing is, there is no any discoveries (at least not in media I noticed) which solves the everyday problem of nepalese people. There are a lot of discoveries which challenge Einstein, Newton, Archimedes principles and solve the great challenge of world like energy (by making solar car), some electricity generation from hair, potato, making of new rocket etc. I appreciate their effort because they are smarter that most of other kids. However do you think what they are doing is real? I can not imagine a high school kid with little knowledge of physics can discover something for real. Do you guys think these kids should get this much attention from national news media? Do the media people have any knowledge of science? Why they ask for help from government (or complain government for not helping them) every time? It sounds so strange to me. What do you think guys?
