Well that goes back to the same question, where is the security in Nepal?  If x y z wants to do stuff in Nepal how can the present security not be aware of anything?  How can a high profile person be shot in a broad daylight.  Someone has to know sth.  prior to this.  Nepalese police like to react not proact.  Thats where most of our problem is
