No doubt this guy had association with criminals. All of us have seen this guy's anti-indian activity; be it related to Hritik Roshan incident or establishment of APCA Nepal. He was using Nepali soil to fund terrorist in Kashmir. And I feel (just opionion) that there is involvement of India in his murder.
