Then USED PHOTOSHOP CLONE to CLEAR pre-existing NAMEs or used TIPEX even before scanning.

 
If you look nicely at "babu ko naam thar ra thegana" section. You can see, before writting Sudhodan Gautam something has been erased by cloning or BY TIPEX on the original itself.
