I had the same question few months back and I end up buying Nissan Altima. I got both Camry and Accord in same price same but I chose for Altima. First of all, I like the features  and model of Altima. I think all Altima, Accord and Camry are good. And there is no guarantee it will never break. See the recent issue with all Toyota... Toyota is recalling all its 09/10 models.... so anything is possible, its mechanical.... I didn't buy Accord because of the attitude of dealers... Just because Honda is good car whatever dealer I went do not even bother about the customer.... they think since Honda has good reputation people will anyhow buy it.... so I end up buying Altima.... and I am loving it... So far I am loving it.... only thing I heard from people about Nissan was its CVT transmission but now Nissan provide 10 years factory warranty on Transmission so no worries on it....
