Its fine. I would like to add one more problem that federalism can introduce.
In federalism, if we have to select a player for SAG football, cricket or any other sports. Don't you think there will be big issue that player has to be selected from each state, other wise it would not be called inclusive?
I think they had similar issues in South Africa cricket, where player has to be selected based on race/ethnicity but not on the basis of their capability.

My view: I think they (political parties) decided this issue in hastily fashion. They just want to show them as a progressive force, but they did not did a little studies and contemplation in this kind of complex issue.
So later, if any complex issue arise they have to say
