My computer recently began
bugging out. Many icons don't work as they should. They either open an
"Open With" window and I have to browse through my computer to find the
program, which is the only way I can open programs, or (as in the case
of most of my icons in Control Panel) it says rundll32.exe is not
found.
Please help, it's been really frustrating. Thank you.
