Gurung Magar community have always been marrying their Mama's daughter. Mama's daughter are called Saali and not sister. But marrying your Kaka's son or daughter does not happen though.
Seems like majority of commentators on this thread are Bahun Chhetris here. (Not surprising since for Gurung Magars this thread draws no interest because for them marrying Mama's daughter is nothing new or tabboo.)
