Nepalese Forces serving in Haiti with the UN have all been accounted for and are safe except for some minor injuries. The Nepalese forces include Army troops from 2 Battalions, Nepal Police and Armed Police Force personel. The Nepalese forces are deployed away from Port au Prince, the epicenter of the quake, so did not have major casaulties. Due to the quake, as one can imagine, communications is down in most Nepalese UN posts but they are working to fix the problem. Some troops have been used in the rescue efforts. Phone lines are still out, however, internet connection has resumed. Nepalese UN post buildings did not collapse (most of them) as majority of them are only one story temporary use building, are new, and are in the areas not near PAP. But the quake was felt across the country and the ground shoke as never seen before.

Thats the update so far.
