golveda polney until it gets squishy you will see that the cover seems burnt ani noon khursani cumin powder corriander powder ginger garlic timur(if u can find it), ani tyo poleko golveda, lime juice halera  grind garne. grinder bata nikalera rakhey pachi jeera ra sukeko rato khursani le jhanne.i dont add besaar as it makes the achar yellowish which i don't like however it's upto the achar makers preference.

 

i think this is the simplest way. if anyone has idea about how to make achar with teel ko dhulo please post. tried it once with teel but it did not taste right.
