totally agreed with nakkali keti..
The person who wrote this just tried to highlight that pahadhey haru ni garib cha, they are disadvantaged group, they no major road services on the hilly terrains while terai people have advantage of flat ground. The writing is totally biased towards the writers own ethnic group while making loose attempt to highlight there are also poor pahadhey bahunes..Writing is selfishly motivated towards showing injustice on only one side. As if all the madeshi people are super advantaged. Just because he saw some basic amenities when he went to terai for the first time isn't good basis to make assumption that all terai people have it.
If I can sum it off I can use one single word to describe this whole writing as"Bahunnbaad".

Sure there are highly disadvantaged and discriminated group throughout nepal on both moutaineous and terai terrain. But writer only choose to highlight his own enthnicity using word like "pahadey bahune".

Just looking at the topic "pahadhey bhraman putra", it is racially motivated rather then trying to identify the problems we are facing in society it just showcases low class mentality of the writer.

I agree with newly new views"any reservation should be based on economic hardship and merit".
Unfortuately thats not possible in Nepal.

Coz usually there are so many quotas..underwhich there is monopoly of political parties and people in position..

Neta ka chora chori jancha quota ma bidesh padhna...ra yesma sayad tehi madhav kumar, girja ko chora chori nai parcha...

surely quota system in nepal is f**ked up..no doubt on dat...
