I recall the quota system in Pulchowk Campus. They have some special scholarship for people from remote places of Nepal. One of my friend have citizenship with address of Jumla on the basis of his ancestor address but he was born in Kathmandu and grew up in Kathmandu. But he was not given the scholarship stating that he can only qualify for scholarship if he had completed his class 8,9 and 10 studies from Jumla. This was such a good approach to provide right support to right candidate.
