I am in need of some serious advice.

I think you know that Lagaurdia Community College in NY ma fall semester will end in February. One of my freind wants to transfer from there to a University for the coming Fall 2010. As you know that Univ haru ma Fall starts from August. Now since there is 6 months gap between these two months, what should he do to get transfer easily? Should he start his Spring in Lagaurdia ( if he starts, then i think he wont be able to transfer in Aug in Uni coz Laguardia ko Spring will be over in Sep) ? Or he should take a break? K garda thik hola?
