Don't mean to be rude but you're shoving your personal opinion in here. Tyrannologic is merely pondering about the "worth" of those houses. He isn't asking you whether you'd ever wish to live in one of those houses.
Even here in the states, many of the houses in suburb communities are pretty identical. But that doesn't mean a whole lot. Whether one thinks a Mansion or a jhupadi is his dream house - that's a personal opinion. But in terms of value, I reckon it is well worth it. 3-4 bedroom "houses" developed by developers might not be good enough to qualify for your dream house but in terms of cost, they are well worth it.
