Thanks for all the details you have provided. I am working through a consulting company. Few months back, I applied for H1B transfer to another company and was approved too. But my vendor said that I won't be able to switch to new employer in the middle of the project. Now that I am continuing working with the same(old) employer and never worked(enrolled on payroll) with new one, do I need to show any docs related to the new employer? I would appreciate if you could list the docs you presented during the interview. As I am going to get married, I need to prepare docs for H4 visa as well.
