'Processing of immigration cases is delayed by USCIS deliberately by not hiring enough personnel to work on them.
Ever wonder why the welcoming Statue of Liberty, off of New York, is oriented toward the immigrants coming across the Atlantic and not located off of Miami, Los Angeles or San Francisco to welcome the ones who come across the Gulf of Mexico or the Pacific Ocean?
It's like naming the residence of the US President, the White House.
