PD will definitely change but not by leaps and bounds..It's difficult to predict whether or not it will get back in track soon..USCIS is unpredictable and it's anybody's guess whether or not it will be as recent as 2006..For couple of months i don't see it getting back to 2006..Me thinks that it's the unemployment rate in US that is causing the backlog..Honestly i don't have a definitive answer to that question and i am sure nobody will..
