For all the health hazards they bring, these rubbish heaps are no doubt cheap but effective improvised biological weapons (IBW) for the Maoists. It’s also great to see the civil society pundits and our UN friends getting their priorities right: yeah, let’s crucify Toran Bahadur Singh some more and let’s congratulate the Maoists for their success in unleashing biological terrorism against Kathmandu’s population!
