I agree with Rahulvai. Use of derogatory words ridiculing personal choice of people and generalization of that to a broad ethnic line is nothing but a proof of disturbed mentality after a defeat. I would never respond to such stupid acts. I have written earlier mentioning that use of derogatory words and hateful messages just accelerate the division.

Maoist have smartly coined the dissatisfaction of non-khas people. Much has been told and written on the unequal treatment and partiality based on ethnicity that all of the previous failed-governments have exercised in Nepal. Those issues of ethnic rights are not maoist agenda. With support of maoist party, those issues got a bit of extra limelight in Nepalese politics. Currently, it is win-win situation for both maoist and multi-ethnic mass until they have the common agenda to destroy the unitary policy that made the majority of people excluded from the mainstream. People have not forgotten that maoist were also no-different than other parties when they were in power.

The article pasted above is a mirror to show on going public mobilization in current Nepal in favor of ethnicity based federal restructuring. The gatherings, discussions, debates, and movements in every street corner and every tole is indeed a good example of peaceful revolution and massive public awareness effort. All major parties, including Maoist, UML, NC have their people in solidarity to the Dec 26 declaration.

I do not think, this momentum would be stopped by a few derogatory remarks. I am curiously observing the event of Dec 26.
