1. Do we have to apply in the CA nursing board first or send the form to the college in Nepal first?
It is better to apply to California board of Nursing first.
2. Do we need to get the credential Evaluation Certificate from CGFNS.
You don't need credential evaluation from CGFNS for CA RN.
I am already in US so I dont have to face the problem of VISA and TOEFL.
Do you have work permit?
If you don't then you can not get any RN position in USA right now unless you have a masters degree and you are advanced practice nurse specialists.
