I need help regarding the process for NCLEX-RN in California. Is there any body graduated from Nepal and did NCLEX in California Please help me.

If you know..     1. Do we have to apply in the CA nursing board first or send the form to the college in Nepal first?

                           2. Do we need to get the credential Evaluation Certificate from CGFNS.

I am already in US so I dont have to face the problem of VISA and TOEFL.

If you have done Nursing from Nepal and Came to USA and did the NCLEX after coming please please please let me know of the process. I wll be grateful to you.
