With the recent arrest of Major Niranjan Basnet for crimes allegedly committed during the insurgency, shouldn’t those who ordered and/or carried out the killing of individuals like Ram Hari Shrestha and Dikendra Thapa and all those innocent passengers at Madi also be arrested? Or is such reckoning for one and not the other side?
