It's Normally Going to be a 3 Year Visa if ur H1B Approval says h1b Approved for 3 years..But there are Cases in which the Visa is Granted only for the time there is a Project i.e If there is a Project for 1 year, Visa is Only Granted for 1 year regradless of ur H1B Approval Document. Since u are not working for a Consultant, Most probably u will get 3 years Visa..

You don't need to Include Acceptance Documentation to Apply for H1b visa..
