Once u are Laid off, you are no Longer in H1B Status..
"So can anyone tell me how much time do i have left to change into another status or to search another job."
Technically u don't have a Single day to change to another Status or to Search for Another Job. However, USCIS may Over Look the case if he/she <20-30 days out of Status.(it Solely Depends upon USCIS and U may not even Get that Time frame).
