SIS, I was simply pointing out the hypocracy in American people and media. I do not plan to write Nepali media. I do not want them to write in favor of this guy anyway. Even if I write them, nothing is going to change. I can not correct Nepali media or Nepali journalism.

What I was pointing out is that American media (people) is (are) defending a person who is charged in a murder case while this Nepali guy is not even getting a benefit of doubt for a less severe crime. As you have pointed out, the bail amount in Pankaj case and Madoff case tells you the height of hypocracy in Americans. I am not here to defend this Pankaj. Based on the published accounts on what he did, he does not deserve our supports. However, I clearly see that his crime is less severe than that of Amanda Knox.
