Internet Forum: A common platform where one can seek and provide experience-based information besides and alongwith the mainstream media and information portals.
Wikipedia: It's a whole another animal! (for those who know!) {The information in Wikipedia is user-generated and user-edited for its (supposed) accuracy! And it is not STUPID.}
Sajha Kurakani Forum: A common platform where one (Nepalese) can not seek information besides the mainstream media without facing libels and can not provide information without incensing people.
(This, of course, only applies to stupid threads like these).

But, if any thread as such is stupid, what is the kind that is not stupid? Ah, I get it! Elaborate and erudite discussions about Nepalese and US politics, socio-economal fiascoes, PETA-related discussions and debates! Now, they are not stupid. Not even the links of songs and videos, self -promotions are stupid. (I have contributed in many of them, and bored you all to death!!) But information not found in mainstream news source, or without hiring any expert are conveniently deemed stupid. Arey Wah!
When a student is having a status/visa problem, and wants to gather as much first-hand information as possible about his possible visa situation, experts here curtly advise him/her to hire a lawyer or talk to International office. Of course, is this a place to ask for such advices?
You imbecile!! Go, Hire a lawyer, and pay the money you do not have, or get in the line of your incompetent International Office.
Oh, and attorneys take credit cards too.
Well, if you do not have money and credit card, you are sh*t out of luck. Or maybe your International Office can shed some light on the issue more than someone who has already experienced it.
Why would you expect to get any good advices anywhere, when you could conveniently walk into your group of friends and ask them of possible solutions? Oh, I know, I can understand. They will only prey upon your vulnerability and exploit of your situation? That is highly improbable. Or not. Okay, so whatever it is, your thread is plain stupid. Go, Hire an attorney!
Suicides are not printed in newspaper or posted online on news portals. Herealone, my friend, you should have known better and called your friends in UK.

You only upset our beloved friends here, by asking such a "stupid" question, igniting their passion for trustworthy sources and emotions. You can not go around posting such baseless threads and evoke their emotions and warrant their conspicuous wrath upon such a grave matter. Your justifications and reasons will not serve the purpose, when the deed has been done. I hope, you will pay heed to it, and never try to do such acts in the future.
PS: If any thread is stupid, then, those who advocate freedom of speech got it all wrong.
Those who do not, kudos! A stupid thread is stupid, no matter how great it sounds.
