Yes, DineshK and the original poster that there is no doubt that federal structure on the basis of ethnicity is going to harm the country. and should not be. It might lead to breaking of country like that of Yugoslavia.

DineshK might not agree with me but what is happening in Nepal is due to the harsh rule of khas on the rest of the population, Now with democracy and finish of kingship, people got voice to raise theri centuries of pain and suffering under the khas rule. But all of us Nepal should forget and forgive that in the name of country. Going radical and  communal with destroy the country.
