Pokhari has a good point. If you can afford and set aside 12 days out of your schedule, you might want to attend one of the 10-day Vipassana retreats! It may appear a little painful first couple days, more so adjusting to the aberrant routine than to holding off smoking; but if you can get past that, I'd imagine quitting smoking would be relatively effortless.

Another 'quicker' approach I can think of is to try out NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to (I like to call) 'configure' yourself the way you want to be (perhaps becoming smoke-free too!). I don't want to advocate on this here. But, maybe read some articles about it, or look for a book? If nothing, it'll be a new/different learning experience!
