I believe your system security is set to high. Go to Tools then Internet Options then Privacy. Make sure it is set No Higher than Med High. If you set Higher than Medium High, it blocks cookies. If cookies are blocked , you can not open sites that need ID and Password.

and dont forgot to clean cookies and history.
